10th Annual Skyview Jazz
Festival “A Storm of Cool Jazz”

Thirty-two top high school and middle school jazz
bands will compete in the tenth annual Skyview High School “Storm of
Cool Jazz” music festival on Saturday, Dec. 2, from 7:30 am to 8:00
pm. Bands from Washington and Oregon will showcase their talent in
20-minute performances. An awards ceremony will follow at 8:00 p.m.
The fundraising event benefits Skyview’s instrumental music program.

Admission to the “Storm of Cool Jazz” festival is $7
for adults, $3 for students and senior citizens, free for children 6
and under. Tickets will be available at the door. Concessions will
be available all day. Doors open at 7 a.m. Skyview High School is
located at 1300 NW 139th Street in Vancouver.
